1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FX Labs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FX Labs provides browser-based visual effects generation tools. Effects are rendered entirely in your browser using WebGL. We offer both free and paid tiers of service.
3. User Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all effects and images you generate using FX Labs. You may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes without restriction.
5. Community Library
When you export an effect, a low-resolution preview may be saved to our community library. By using the export feature, you grant FX Labs a non-exclusive license to display these previews publicly.
6. Paid Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
FX Labs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
